The store

Lo Specchio Panineria is located in the heart of Tuscany, in Florence. A little bakery of Italian style, where everyday our master baker produce our baked goods. You can smell the bread, the focaccia, the pizza…as soon as they come out of the oven.

At Lo Specchio you can also have the best espresso and cappuccino of the city, really Italian style, and also various kind of focaccia panini filled with various stuffs and fantasy: Pecorino cheese, Grana cheese, Fontina cheese, Caprino cheese, Stracchino cheese, Mozzarella cheese, roast turkey, tuna, breasola, dried tomatoes, green sauce, truffle sauce, walnut cream, various vegetables, ect.

Lo Specchio is open every day, at the following hours: Monday to Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm.

Our recipes are prepared using carefully selected ingredients of the highest quality and with great care in processing, which is entirely by hand.

Every day expert hands make the dough of our bread. They place the loaves in the pans and once cooked they cut them entirely by hand and place the panini in the wicker baskets with great care.
